Forgiveness and Apology

apologize

Forgiveness and Apology Author: saad When people believe that it is too late to apologize, they actually think that they do not have a second chance. However, too late to apologize means to never solve the problem a mistake has caused. People with this type of mentality will build up more and more unsolved issues as they go through life because there will always be offensive and non considerate people (who never apologize). So the best solution is to always accept an apology, and if a mistake is committed, to always apologize. From the moment a person commits a mistake

As A Christian, Who Are You Giving Your Time To? Author: Tolani Brendan Mosweu When you spend time reading the Bible – and especially when you read the New Testament, both in the Gospels and in all the books that follow – one thing you are going to realize is that Jesus and his disciples spent a lot of time with those who the Pharisees and others considered to be “worldly people” (“sinners” – or rather, people “not worthy of their time”). In so doing, Jesus and his disciples were able to minister to these people, and were able to

“Do you feel forgotten?” by Shine Morrison I love seasons especially when they involve the apple orchard. I see orchard workers laboring in the orchard throughout the year. In cold of winter when nobody even wants to go outside, they are out pruning, a task vital to the production of fruit in the summer. In the spring, the view of apple trees covered by blossoms is so beautiful. God has taught me many lessons watching the orchard throughout the year, especially about His gifts.

This past autumn, I got to do one of my favorite things – pick leftover apples

What Do You Feed? Author: Gbenga Owotoki An old Grandfather, whose grandson came to him with anger, told him of the great injustice done to him by a schoolmate. The grandfather said, “Let me tell you a story. I too, at times, have felt a great hate for those that have taken so much, with no sorrow for what they do. But hate wears you down, and does not hurt your enemy. It is like taking poison and wishing your enemy would die. I have struggled with these feelings many times.” He continued, “It is as if there are two

Spiritual Depression by: Stephen Stillman Should we ever get spiritually depressed? No we probably shouldn’t, but I think we all can say at times we do. In the Psalms we find revelations of Truth in the terms of human experience. The Truth revealed is found in the emotions, desires, and sufferings of God’s people by the circumstances through which they pass. In Psalms 42:11 the words of the Psalmist describe him as unhappy and troubled. “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise Him,
