Create in me a clean heart

In our prayer, we need the Lord to intervene, in streams of faithful resources, love us not as we love you Lord, help us, although we have tempted you; with indiscipline measures we have deprived the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. But In the twilight of this dispensation, the aspect of fear continues to incite our heart to bewilderment. Although the conscience cannot set the errors of the heart right, it leaves a scar of vexation. Much activities in our hearts is hidden from the public eye, and correction is found through our own meditation, by owning up and admitting to our insufficiency.

Prayer is needed to bind up the broken hearted

Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God, he gives us the desires of our hearts, and the unity of the mind and spirit to carry them out, our credentials in all that we do comes from the Lord, for it is God which works in us to do his good pleasure. And every good and perfect gift is from above, and it eclipse the glory of legal dispensation.

The Lord heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds. Psalms 147:3

The Lord is close to those who are injured, and he saves those who are crushed in their spirit. We need to ask God to stop the spread of aggressive diseases. The Lord will bind up the bruises of his people and heals the wounds of those who are inflicted. A proud heart trust to their own righteousness and strength, and think they can do without Christ, but the conscience of people is in a corrupt state and cries out for healing.

God will forgive us of our trespasses when we are willing to forgive others

We watch the security of our finance crumbles with trading blows, like building bricks falling one by one, on top of each other, the pile resembles the ashes of sin trampled under our feet, and when hope is gone we are left with only a prayer, to forgive us of our trespasses, and lead us not into more temptation, for yours is the kingdom, so dear Lord, create in us a clean heart. Work in me a holy frame of heart, whereby my inward filth may be purged away. That my resolution may be fixed and unmovable.

Not everyone has a good heart, but only God knows the bad things that go on in there, and has the healing medicine for incurable wounds, some of the wounds comes from within and out of a person’s heart, proceeds evil thoughts of sexual immorality, deceit, theft, murder, adulteries and plenty more unlikable things. It sounds like the heart of some people is desperately sick and full of madness in the veins. Gods overwhelming sense of purpose is for us to have a pure hearts and clean hands. That is why he has given the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen us.

The human mind is more deceitful than anything else. It is incurably bad. Who can understand it? Jeremiah 17:19

The psalmist desire for a clean heart recognise gods requirement to have clean hands and pure heart, when God gives a temple he desires that it should be remained  clean, for only in a clean vessel will God dwell.

Create in me a pure heart O God and renew a right spirit within me Psalms 51:10

In exchange, we are given the balm of trading as only a temporary measure, but the die is cast and we are on the downward spiral, politicians are just mere mortals not miracle workers, but we stand together in trials and crosses, making mistakes and learning to pray, earning what we deserve, the fruits of ill-gotten gain has caught up with the smugglers and overtaken the wreck.
