products into our lives. Its true that ‘Health is Wealth’. In this regard I would love to discuss on the health benefits of green tea. A healthy side of tea is green tea.Green tea has its own stand in keeping us fit and healthy.

There are various key benefits that the tea has. Green Tea is treated as a herb and known to be discovered by chinese way back 4000 years ago. Initially it was used as a remmedy to head ache and other small infections. But now even it is scientifically used in curing various other diseases. It is believed that green tea has very effective and such anti-oxidants which cure various illnesses and diseases. Many of those who have been suffering for long from illness have discovered wonderful healing effects of this herb in curing their ailment. The health benefits of green tea in today’s world are amazing when seen in response to thousands of minor and major ones that affect humans.

To consume green tea on daily basis can be considered as less expensive way to make a day healthy and for future health benefits. It helps to flush out the various toxins from the body and refuel you with vital energy and charge to face life. There is lots of other qualities that the tea has and it is considered amongst the best natural product to be consumed daily. Other variants of green tea like the jasmine tea are also widely popular, though green tea remains all time favorite for its refreshing and wonderful healing effects. When mixed along with caffeine it is believed it reduces calories. It has also been observed few herbal skin care products also use green tea in its essential composition because of its amazing qualities.
  

There is another aspect also which is often raised that,  green tea has its side effects or not. Majority of those who have personally used green tea into their daily life, doesn’t  support that green tea has side effects also. There are reasons that can make this useful tea somewhat harmful. But it is not due its composition. Over preparing tea will not make it savor any better it will make it taste sour and could harm ones digestive structure. If people are taking any type of medicine they should consult their doctors first or just do not utilize this tea at all.
